We also get into U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk — a far-right Trump appointee — issuing a decision that potentially jeopardizes the FDA’s approval of the abortion drug mifepristone. The decision, as Chris explains, is wholly untethered from the law on issues of both standing and merit.
