Chime in on Elon buying Twitter

Hey gang, we’d like to start having more discussions with you all here on Substack. It’s a bit easier to do so here vs. on Twitter.

And, speaking of, Twitter has apparently reconsidered Elon’s offer to buy the site & will reportedly work out an arrangement as early as this week to allow him to buy the site. More on that HERE.

Seems…..not ideal to have a single eccentric billionaire privately owning a giant social media site. Right wingers herald him as a free speech champion and he claims he hopes “that even [his] worst critics remain on Twitter, because that is what free speech means.” Good news for Ken, we suppose.

Alternatively, it isn’t as if the site has been free of problematic investors. See Exhibit A.
